Tumble Bunnies is a rapidly growing Children's Programming Company, bringing 9 amazing programs (Gymnastics, Sports, Dance, and more!) to Daycares and School Districts. We're expanding fast and looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to be part of our adventure!

We need people who absolutely LOVE working with children—someone who is naturally positive, full of life, and can turn a regular class into an unforgettable blast.
BUT this role requires serious commitment and reliability. You'll be the face of Tumble Bunnies, traveling to various locations and managing your own classes. This means we need you to be:
- Reliable & Responsible: You're a non-smoking, dependable, and punctual individual. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are non-negotiable! We are a mobile company, and our little bunnies are counting on you!
- Ready to Grow: We offer comprehensive training—no experience? No problem! Just bring the right attitude and a dedication to making a difference.
The Nitty-Gritty Details
- Job Type: Year-Round Part-time (This is not a seasonal/summer position—we’re building a long-term team!)
- Where You'll Be: Classes are held across Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Macomb counties. We keep your travel within 30 minutes of your residence
- Shift Options (Mix and Match to Fit Your Life!): Times may vary slightly. Expect at least 5-10 hours to start. then let's GROW into more. HUGE room for growth for more hours and into management toward a full time position. We love to promote our dedicated and committed super star teachers.
- Morning Heroes (M-F): Between 9am - 12pm (Expect 1-3 hours). Requires mandatory Friday staff meeting at 12pm.
- Afternoon/Evening Superstars (M-F): Between 3pm - 8pm (Expect 1-4 hours). Evening staff may be required to attend one weekly training at our Livonia office on an evening or weekend (we’ll work with your schedule).
- Weekend Warriors (Saturday): 9am - 12pm (Expect 1-3 hours).
