Preschool Teacher
Pearland, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Rotating Saturdays
We are seeking a passionate, credentialed Preschool Teacher to join our childcare center serving families who work extended hours. If you love early childhood education and thrive in a structured, high-energy environment we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Texas Rising Star (TRS) standards
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Apply effective classroom management strategies to support children's social-emotional development
- Communicate regularly with families and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Complete daily documentation, observations, and developmental records
Requirements:
- Previous preschool teaching experience required
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required
- Familiarity with Texas Rising Star (TRS) guidelines
- Experience with lesson planning and classroom management
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts
