Pay: $16.90 + Tips
We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Our servers play an important role in making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Have a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to answer guest questions
- Make recommendations and explain menu items when needed
- Enter orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and team
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Process payments accurately
- Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment for our guests
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be a team player with a willingness to help others
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
