This role is based near Cincinnati but requires nationwide travel (about 85%).

Projects move fast and require someone who can stay organized, coordinate trades, and take full ownership in the field. Leadership comes from the field and gives their Superintendents the support to do the job right.
Over the past three years, the company has more than doubled in size and continues to expand with an exceptional backlog of work across Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory, Cleanroom, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, and other highly technical environments.
What You’ll Do
- Run the jobsite from start to finish
- Coordinate all trades (mechanical, electrical, piping)
- Drive the schedule and hold subcontractors accountable
- Maintain quality, safety, and jobsite standards
- Manage daily reports, labor tracking, and documentation
- Use Procore for reporting, scheduling, and as-builts
- Work directly with clients to keep projects moving
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor
- Strong general contracting background
- Experience managing multiple trades
- Procore experience required
- Prefabricated or technical build experience is a plus
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to run a site independently
- Willing to travel and stay on-site for projects
Travel & Support
- 85% travel nationwide
- $250/day per diem ($175 hotel / $75 meals)
- Flights covered + company credit card
- Trips home every other weekend

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $120,000 base
