We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Global Facilities team in San Jose, CA. This is a strategic, high-visibility role responsible for managing complex capital projects across ADI’s global portfolio, including sites in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, from early-stage programming and cost estimating through construction completion and close-out, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives for cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Global Project Delivery: Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI’s global portfolio , including offices, R&D labs, and cleanroom facilities. Maintain full ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Engage and coordinate external design firms, contractors, and consultants as execution partners while ensuring consistent standards, governance, and reporting across all regions .
Project Initiation & Planning: Develop project charters, define scope, objectives , and deliverables; conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
Design & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal customers, IT, Security, EHS, and Facilities Design teams to translate user requirements into design solutions and construction documents.
Change Management: Review and approve change orders, invoices, and progress payments, ensuring adherence to budget and scope.
Close-Out & Turnover: Manage punch-list completion, as-built documentation, warranty collection, and final acceptance.
Strong understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems , architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and hazardous materials.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet.
Some (domestic and international travel may be required to support global projects and site initiatives).

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,940 to $151,168.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
