East Blue Sushi is San Antonio’s newest all-you-can-eat sushi and Asian fusion restaurant! We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to help us deliver an amazing dining experience for our guests.
Position: Busser
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage + tips
Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout service
- Quickly clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Assist servers by bringing out water, drinks, and extra table settings when needed
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure fast and friendly service
- Help with general cleaning duties (sweeping, wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies)
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!
- Must be dependable, energetic, and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
