- Recruit, train, and develop an outstanding studio team.

- Keep the studio clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards.
- Coach your team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive, supportive culture.

Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Sales experience with a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
