We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care as part of a collaborative community health team.
Responsibilities
-
Provide direct outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients

Administer or prescribe treatments, medications, immunizations and preventive care plans
-
Conduct physical examinations and assess patient symptoms, medical history and overall health status
-
Order and review tests, diagnostic imaging and clinical findings to guide treatment plans
-
Refer patients to specialists when needed and follow up on high-risk or emergency cases
-
Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, scribes and care team members to support patient outcomes

Document patient visits, diagnoses, treatment plans and follow-up care accurately
Qualifications

Doctorate in Medicine required

California medical license in good standing required
-
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification required

Internal medicine experience required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working collaboratively with a patient-centered care team

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
