University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aids to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes. - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to supervisory staff
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aid or in a similar role is an asset, but NOT required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to pass background checks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license or State ID is required for the position
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- Competitive compensation ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice per month
