About the Role
We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and organized mental health professionals to join our growing telehealth team. In this position, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals seeking support. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your caseload from home while making a profound impact on clients across Virginia and Georgia.
Minimum Qualifications & Licensure
Strict Requirement: You must hold an active, valid license in good standing issued by the state regulatory boards of either Virginia or Georgia. Applications without these specific credentials cannot be considered.
We are accepting applications from both Independent and Master’s-Level (Associate) tracks:
Independent Track (Unsupervised)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Master’s-Level / Associate Track (Eligible for supervision support)
- Licensed Resident in Counseling / Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy (Virginia)
- Associate Professional Counselor (APC) / Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) (Georgia)
- Master Social Worker (MSW / LMSW) working toward clinical hours
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial clinical intakes, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Establish collaborative, measurable treatment plans with clients, reviewing progress regularly.
- Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, discharge summaries) within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Coordinate care with external medical or psychiatric providers when necessary to support holistic client wellness.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Technology: Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms and telehealth video tech. Must have a private, quiet workspace with high-speed internet.
- Clinical Skill: Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing client documentation and digital interactions.
