We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist / Laboratory Aide to join our Tualatin office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in helping patients change their lives for the better.
Responsibilities
As a Medical Receptionist / Laboratory Aide, you will:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow-up lab work, and other services via phone or text
- Respond to patient inquiries, orders, and membership updates via phone or text
- Proactively reach out to current and past patients to share promotions, specials, and service updates
- Act as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with basic laboratory tasks, including preparing lab orders, collecting specimens (phlebotomy training a plus but not required), processing samples, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling medical records and lab results
- Uphold professionalism, treating every patient with respect while creating a welcoming, supportive environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills (most patients text into our practice, so clear and professional written communication is essential)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Positive, team-player mentality with a people-first mindset
- Prior medical office or laboratory experience preferred, but not required—training provided
- Phlebotomy certification a plus, but not mandatory
