As a part of the WSL Family, you will:
- Provide compassionate, personalized care and assist residents with daily routines.
- Respond to resident needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments under physician orders.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN and physician as needed.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
- Assist in supervising CNAs and helping maintain a positive and caring environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Active Illinois LPN license in good standing.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A caring, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist residents with mobility as needed.
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rates: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)
