Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
