We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and responsible CNA to join our outstanding team at North Bay Post Acute in Petaluma, CA. Full-time AM and PM shift needed.

Job Description:
Under general supervision, the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) performs a combination of the following duties in caring for patients in the facility, consistent with the patient's plan of care and established care standards and facility policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.
- Assist in the transport of residents.
- Takes and records patient's vital signs.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Provide supervision and guidance for patient's during skills building and daily activities.
- Performs/assists with oral care including brushing and flossing of teeth, swabbing gums, denture care, and administration of mouthwash.
- Sterilize and prepare tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and ensures safety of residents.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- CNA Certification (Experienced CNAs and New Grads welcome)
- Current, active CNA Certificate or graduation from a CNA Certification program
- High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to read, write and speak English

Shift pay wage:
- starting between $21 - $24 based upon experience
- PM and NOC shift differentials
Schedule:
- We currently have one AM shift and two PM shift openings
- AM shift is from 6:30am-3pm, and PM shift is from 2:30pm-11pm
- We work on a 4 days on, 2 days off rotation
