40 Hours Per Week (variable)

Alternating Emergency On Call
Work-Load Expectancies (All job duties are not listed, 3-6 Stores)

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and/or HVAC
-
Building repair and maintenance
-
Planned maintenance and equipment upkeep (Ice machines, cooking equipment, facility equipment, etc)
-
Communicate status updates for part order(s) and repairs with store and direct supervisor.

Complete service calls accurately and timely
-
Perform intermediate-level equipment and accessory installations
-
Educate managers and other restaurant employees on how to maintain and troubleshoot basic issues
