About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Agile Product Management Coach to support a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative with one of our Fortune 500 technology consulting clients.
In this role, you'll coach Product Owners and Product Managers, helping teams adopt modern Agile and Lean product management practices while driving continuous improvement across a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Coach Product Owners and Product Managers on modern Agile product management practices.
- Guide teams in product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and value delivery.
- Drive Agile and Lean adoption across multiple product teams.
- Partner with enterprise coaches and business leaders to improve product delivery and organizational effectiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement and customer-focused product development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT Product Management experience.
- Experience coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, or Agile product teams.
- Agile and/or Lean certification (CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Scrum Alliance, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting enterprise Agile or product transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in airline or aviation environments.
- Product Transformation Coaching experience.
- Experience supporting large enterprise technology organizations.
Assignment Details
- Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)
- Initial Duration: Approximately 12 months
- Start Date: August 2026
- Employment: W-2 (no C2C or 1099)
- Face-to-face interview required.
