Job Description & Requirements
We are a well-established chiropractic clinic in Bellingham, MA, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $95,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with performance-based bonuses tied to office KPIs.
Our associate works Monday through Thursday, averaging 31–40 hours per week and caring for approximately 200–250 patient visits each week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient in our efficient, high-volume practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and helping patients commit to care
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Palmer Package, and Thompson Drop techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Contributing to internal patient education, workshops, and referral-building activities
We operate under a shared-patient model where our doctors work collaboratively to provide a consistent patient experience. We place a strong emphasis on maintaining a unified adjusting style and approach to care throughout the clinic.
Training is available for techniques specific to our practice, including anterior thoracic adjustments. Our patient base includes many children and families, so associates should be comfortable adjusting pediatric patients.
