Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Business Unit Leader. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals to make a significant impact on our organization. As the Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss, and overall business unit success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full operational responsibility for profit and loss-related activities.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and participate in sales generation.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures for operational areas.
- Oversee safety reporting and minimize legal liability for the business unit.
- Negotiate programs, pricing, and terms with key vendors.
- Monitor and optimize dispatch operations for efficient technician assignment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong desire to lead and develop others.
- Industry-related knowledge and experience.
- 5 or more years of leadership experience in a related industry.
- 3+ years of Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience.
- Proven success in business-to-business services sales.
- Demonstrated stability and success in previous roles.
