Lead and manage all estimating department activities, and mentor junior estimators to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Prepare and review detailed mechanical/plumbing estimates, managing both negotiated and hard-bid project pursuits.

Develop comprehensive quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and pricing strategies, in collaboration with procurement teams.

Partner with cross-functional teams to transition estimates into active project execution, supporting budgeting efforts.

10+ years of dedicated mechanical and plumbing estimating experience.

Proven track record in estimating projects exceeding $25 Million in construction value.

Strong knowledge of project delivery methods including design-build and negotiated contracts.

Excellent understanding of project cost controls, labor burdens, and procurement processes.

Experience working for a self-performing mechanical contractor.

Background in HVAC, plumbing, and multi-discipline MEP construction.

Proficiency with advanced estimating software and BIM-integrated workflows.

Salary range: $120,000 – $175,000 per year + Annual Performance Bonus.
