What We’re Looking For
- A valid cosmetology license and hands-on experience behind the chair
- Proficiency in haircutting, color, balayage, blow-drying, and styling
- A professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset
- A positive team player who is reliable, polished, and eager to continue learning
- Confidence recommending retail products and enhancing the overall client experience
- Willingness to promote yourself and build your clientele within the salon
