Requirements
- Proven supervising or leadership experience within hospitality management or hotel operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Knowledge of human resources practices related to team supervision and staff development
- Experience with revenue management, budgeting, and financial reconciliation such as night audit procedures
