Experience:
- Associate degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with child welfare and early intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
