Please Note: This is an on-site, in-clinic position located in Niceville, Florida. Providers are expected to see patients in person at our clinic. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position. While occasional telehealth appointments may be conducted from the clinic when clinically appropriate, providers are expected to work on-site.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our outpatient psychiatric team.
This is a 100% in-person clinical position in our Niceville office. The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, practices evidence-based psychiatry, and values working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
You'll have the autonomy to practice independently while receiving strong administrative support that allows you to spend your time caring for patients—not chasing paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and adults
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders
- Provide supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation during follow-up visits
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation using SimplePractice EHR
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, schools, and families when appropriate
- Conduct telehealth visits from the clinic when clinically appropriate
- Maintain compliance with Florida regulations and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida PMHNP-BC license
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current DEA registration (or eligible)
- Outpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and clinical judgment
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
