Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and inventory management software
- Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ensure all shipping and receiving processes comply with trade regulations and company policies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload goods efficiently
- Support stock replenishment efforts by stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Must know how to operate a forklift
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stocking, packing, and order picking
- Commitment to safety standards and trade compliance regulations for international trade where applicable
