Our Real Estate Law Firm is in search of a Full Time Receptionist. This position is generally the first point of contact with clients, as such a friendly Professional demeanor is required! Good Communication Skills and People interaction are a must! The Receptionist position requires you to be here on time each schudled work day.
As Receptionist you will open the office each day as such it is instramental that you are here on time on each scheduled work day. Our receptionist will welcome clients for closings, requesting/verifying ID’s when required. Answer multiline phone asking appropriate questions to redirect calls, sorting distributing mail, mailing out legal documents, imputing data for files and checking in clients for closings. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Willingness to take on and learn various other duties/responsibilities within the company that may also be needed. As such a good Team player and strong work ethic is must! Proficient with using Microsoft Platforms is a Plus.
Ultimately, the perfect candidate possess the skill to ask the right questions, communicate effectively and execute all administrative tasks assigned to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities not limited to the following:
· Greet guests as soon as they arrive at the office, verify ID’s
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area and conference room is cleaned between uses
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk
· Order office supplies and keep inventory in stock
· Perform any other clerical duties as assigned such as filing, copying, faxing, mailings etc· Calling for service repair for all office equipment when needed
