The Field Engineer is responsible for providing technical engineering support to the Project Manager, Craft Supervisors and Foremen to ensure construction operations complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions applicable to one or more disciplines. This position also includes client coordination, project controls support (cost, scheduling, estimating) and subcontract oversight to project construction supervision and craft personnel.

- Planning of field Operations – Hazard Analysis and Work Plans Preparation
- Crews and Subcontractor’s Coordination
- Project Compliance
- Project Controls
- Prepare & Submit RFI’s, Submittal’s, CSI’s
- Prepare / Approve Subcontractors Pay Applications
- Supervise/Perform Field Operations as needed
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Knowledge of construction activities including material, equipment, cost, and time requirements to perform construction tasks
- Technical engineering and computing knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills (other preferences will be given for special language skills where there is a business need)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and bending
- Active personality with a high level of initiative
- Good time management skills
