Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees

Serve as the primary administrator for payroll and HRIS systems

Ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and timely wage payments

Generate payroll, labor, and compliance reporting for leadership

Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, garnishments, and year-end processing

Partner with HR and IT on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades

5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
-
Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paycom, Ceridian, or similar)

Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance regulations
-
Advanced Excel and reporting skills with a process-improvement mindset

CPP certification preferred but not required

Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees

Strong understanding of HRIS data management, system implementations, and reporting analytics

Ability to troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues while providing exceptional internal customer support
