Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers to the dealership
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with valet parking and retrieving customer vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership, including showroom, offices, and restrooms
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or replacing air fresheners
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Skills:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of dealership operations and ability to assist customers with their needs
