Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Generate new leads through D2D, and running pre qualified LEADS, networking, and targeted marketing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase roofing solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities within assigned regions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients to close deals efficiently and profitably
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
