Construction Cleaning Associate
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Construction Cleaning Associate for a local company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a clean workspace, and is looking for a long-term position with the potential for permanent hire.
Responsibilities
- Clean completed construction sites
- Sweep and remove debris
- Dust surfaces and finished areas
- Wipe down fixtures, windows, and other surfaces
- Clean ceiling tiles and prepare sites for final inspection
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10.5-hour shift
- Must wear sturdy work boots or work shoes (steel-toed boots may be required depending on the job site)
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Construction cleaning or general labor experience is helpful but not required
