About the Role
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead reliability initiatives and oversee the technical performance of our production equipment. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning our facility from reactive repairs to a proactive, data-driven maintenance culture that maximizes operational uptime and supports high-precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities-
Direct all plant-wide maintenance activities, focusing on minimizing unplanned downtime and optimizing equipment reliability for CNC, molding, and assembly systems.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, establishing clear performance standards and fostering a culture of safety and technical excellence.

Implement and manage a robust preventive maintenance program to ensure long-term asset health and operational consistency.

Collaborate with engineering and production departments to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

Oversee daily work execution, ensuring all repairs and installations meet quality and safety specifications.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.

Proven expertise in maintaining complex industrial machinery, including CNC, injection molding, and automated robotics.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, fluid handling, and thermal systems.

Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing technical teams and coordinating workflows.

Advanced experience utilizing CMMS software for scheduling and work order management.

Background in implementing continuous improvement methodologies within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience with optical systems and precision instrumentation integration.
