The Role
We're hiring a Survey Technician to work as the second person on our construction, commercial, and residential crews. Hands-on field role. Will-train environment - if you've got the work ethic and the right background, we'll teach you the rest. Clear path to Crew Chief for someone who wants it.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Crew Chief on construction, commercial, and residential projects
- Set and recover monuments, hubs, stakes, and offsets
- Clear lines of sight, take measurements, and document field conditions
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies
- Load and unload trucks daily
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to follow plans and instructions
- Willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of field experience
- Leica equipment experience
- OSHA 10
- Construction plan reading

- $18-$24/hour, based on experience
