Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards

Supervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development

Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach

Handle cash management, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial records

Answer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standards

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed

Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams

Proficiency in cash handling and money management

Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
