*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests in a hospitality setting. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure excellent service delivery - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly *Requirements* - Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Proficiency with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills - Knowledge of food service operations is beneficial Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
