Teach Medical Assistant courses in a classroom and/or laboratory setting

Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments

Mentor and support students throughout their training

Maintain accurate attendance and academic records

Ensure compliance with school policies and BPSS requirements

Help students develop the skills needed for successful healthcare careers

Current BPSS Medical Assistant Instructor License required

Medical Assistant certification and relevant clinical experience

Prior teaching or training experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
