Griggs Ficklen Insurance is seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team in Washington, Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Develop new personal and commercial insurance accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients
- Review client coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals and present coverage recommendations
- Work closely with our service team to provide an outstanding client experience
- Generate referrals through networking and community involvement
- Meet and exceed production goals
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Previous insurance sales or producer experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience with AMS 360 or similar agency management software is a plus
