Pheasant Run Golf Course in LaGrange is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career. The attendant will operate a point of sale register to sell merchandise, greens fees, and food & beverages. The attendant provides excellent guest service in all sales transactions, while also greeting guests and answering calls. This is a part time, seasonal position and need to be able to work evenings and weekends from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Must be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for efficient and friendly customer service throughout the clubhouse, accurately ringing up charges at the register and properly checking in all golfers prior to play.
- Respond to inquiries and make tee-times; both in person and over the phone. Converse with guests in a friendly manner. Focus attention on guest needs while remaining professional and courteous at all times, even when under pressure.
- Serve drinks, including alcohol and prepare, make, and serve food
- Responsible for inventory and organization of storage and display areas. Keep up inventory levels of constantly stocked items
- Perform open/close of clubhouse functions following guidelines and procedures established by the course.
- Responsible for ensuring all daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet course standards (ie orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, straightening /stocking, etc.).
- Provides outstanding customer service to all customers and the general public.
- Carries out duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a safe work environment and surrounding area for oneself, co-workers, and the public.
