The Position:
Catholic Charities of St. Louis is hiring a Director of Quality for Children and Family Services to provide leadership and oversight for all service line PerformanceQuality Improvement (PQI) activities. This role ensures strong quality systems, regulatory and accreditation compliance, eective data infrastructure, and a culture of continuous improvement across all programs/services and departments. This centralized role collaborates with program leadership, senior leaders, and Ministry Oce to strengthen outcomes, standardize processes, and promote high-quality, safe, and mission-driven services. This position will office from the Marygrove and Good Shepherd ministry locations. The base salary for this position begins at $75,000 annually. Candidates may qualify for a higher starting rate based on relevant education, professional background, and demonstrated expertise.
