Job description
We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician with extensive knowledge in HVAC for a multi-family apartment community.
Duties include:
HVAC Installation & Repair including:
- keeping equipment clean & performing routine maintenance
- diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment
- replacement of parts such as condensers, contactors, compressors, capacitors, fan motors, thermostats, & etc.
- understanding refrigeration cycles & how to interpret various technical data such as pressure & temperature
- acknowledge of equipment warranty
Fulfilling routine work orders
Performing unit turns
Providing interior and exterior maintenance
Plumbing troubleshooting and repair
Pool maintenance
Minor electrical
Painting

Requirements
- Work 40 hours a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F
- Overtime and weekend work when necessary
- Must be on call on a rotation
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, grasp, climb ladders
- Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs
- Must be able to frequently lift/move greater than 50lbs with assistance
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods
- Must possess own tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
