RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years' restaurant management experience; diverse team leadership experience in restaurant or retail preferred
- Proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards
- Excellent communication, decision-making, multi-level communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve guest and team member issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and operational controls
- Experience managing shifts, staffing, cash handling, inventory, paperwork, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to exceptional guest service, cleanliness, safety, security, and a positive team-focused culture
SALARY – 62K-70K PLUS BONUS!
