You will join a team committed to direct patient care and wellness services. You will play an important role in optimizing medication therapy, supporting disease-state management, and delivering outstanding patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Accurately review and dispense prescriptions.
- Counsel patients and resolve medication-related concerns.
- Collaborate with prescribers to optimize medication therapy.
- Administer immunizations and provide clinical services.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Current California pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and personalized care.
- Community or independent pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience setting up or operating a Long-Term Care pharmacy is a strong bonus.
