Grocery Clerk (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Grocery Clerk who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping shelves stocked and organized, and wants to be part of a team that values great service, quality products, and community.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help keep our Grocery Department running smoothly by:

Stocking and rotating products using FIFO (first in, first out)

Keeping shelves full, faced, organized, and ready for customers

Providing friendly, helpful customer service and assisting with product questions

Organizing back stock to minimize out-of-stocks and product loss

Receiving and processing deliveries and checking products for quality and accuracy

Monitoring shelf tags and sale signage for accuracy
-
Supporting inventory counts and properly handling unsellable products

Keeping grocery, warehouse, cooler, freezer, and shared work areas clean and organized

Following safety, sanitation, and store procedures

Working efficiently with the Grocery team to support daily department needs

What We’re Looking For

Has previous retail or grocery experience (preferred)

Enjoys hands-on, active work in a fast-paced environment

Has an interest in natural and organic foods

Is comfortable working in coolers, freezers, and other varied environments

Is available to work flexible shifts, including at least one weekend day each week

Physical & Work Environment

Active, fast-paced retail and backroom environment

Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and team lift heavier items as needed

Work in varied conditions, including walk-in coolers and freezers

Use of step stools, ladders, and store equipment as needed
