Right at Home Waukesha & West Allis is hiring dependable Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home care for seniors throughout New Berlin and the surrounding communities.
Immediate Opening
We currently have an overnight shift available: Sunday 9:00 PM through Monday 9:00 AM.
The ideal caregiver will:
- Be comfortable working in a home with cats
- Have experience using, or confidence learning, a Hoyer lift
- Provide compassionate, reliable overnight care
We also have additional daytime and weekday opportunities available based on your availability.

Caregiver Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you'll help older adults remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes by assisting with:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
We're looking for compassionate professionals who enjoy helping others.
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is welcomed
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable around cats
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers is preferred for overnight assignments
