ABC Child Care, LLC in Wausau is looking for a Lead Float Teachers. Teachers will be working with ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age, doing breaks and replacing early staff to cover the afternoons.
We are looking for Teachers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children we care for. You will teacher and supervise them while motivating them their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide basic care and caregiving activities
*Constant communication with parents
*Use wide range of teaching methods (stories, indoor/outdoor games, drawings, etc)
*Adhere to teaching policies and Licensing Regulations at all times
*Teamwork
*Maintain a clean, orderly classroom
*Assist in bathroom and diapering
*Collaborate with other Teachers in positive way
*End of day room cleaning
*Assist with bathrooms and diapers daily
Requirements:
*MUST be at least 18 years of age
*Flexibility in scheduling
* Strong communication Skills
*Knowledge of child development
*MUST be Lead qualified or at least assistant. Higher pay if Lead qualified.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
