What You’ll Do
- Prospect and win new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach
- Meet decision-makers and close new accounts
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demos
- Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Grow recurring monthly revenue
- Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
- Proven door-to-door business sales success
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with hunter mentality
- Competitive, energetic, and goal-driven
Preferred:
- Experience selling to hospitality, healthcare, retail, janitorial, or facilities sectors
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong follow-up and account development skills
