Nightingale Home Health, a family-owned home health agency in NE Portland, is in need of Per Diem experienced Occupational Therapy for Field and visits.
Must have a valid OT license in Oregon.
Must have at least 2 years experienced working in home health.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel is required, must have a reliable car with current insurance coverage and valid driver license.
