Schedule Expectations
· Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
· Part-Time: 6+ visits per week
· PRN: 1 shift every 6 months
What You'll Do
· Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
· Provide evidence-based therapy to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
· Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support long-term progress and patient safety.
· Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
Current Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (if required) or eligibility as applicable
Current driver's license
Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
One year of speech therapy experience preferred but not required
Pediatric and home health experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Current CPR certification
Current TB test within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
Ability to travel locally within a 20-mile radius of your home and maintain a flexible schedule
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
