We are hiring Home Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide non-medical in-home care for clients in Leesburg, Tavares, and The Villages. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training to prepare you for the role.
This position involves helping seniors and individuals with disabilities with daily living activities, ensuring they remain safe and comfortable in their homes. Pay up to $25 per hour, depending on services provided and shift differentials.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping (laundry, changing linens, tidying up).
- Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with errands such as grocery shopping.
- Drive clients to appointments or other outings as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to a supervisor.
No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided
We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and prepared to care for our clients.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Level II background check and drug screening.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
Work Schedule and Availability
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay up to $25 per hour, based on experience and shift differentials.
- Mileage reimbursement of $1.25 per mile when transporting clients to appointments or errands.
