Just Me Time Wellness & Tanning is hiring immediately for a Spray Tan & Body Contouring Specialist.
We are looking for a motivated person who wants more than a traditional hourly salon position. This is a commission-based employee opportunity with a path to build your own clientele, substantially increase your income based on the business you produce, and potentially advance into running our Spray Tan Division, Body Contouring Division, or both.
No previous spray tanning or body-contouring experience is required. We are willing to work with the right person who is dependable, professional, comfortable working directly with clients, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term opportunity. Although, having experience and your own book of clients are preferred.
Just Me Time provides the operating platform: established business location, equipment, approved supplies, booking and client-management systems, payment processing, existing business presence, education and operating resources, and owner-level business support.
Compensation
This is a commission-based employee position.
40% Personal Service Commission
Earn 40% of eligible collected service revenue from qualified services you personally perform.
5% Sales Commission on Just Me Time Leads
Earn 5% when you close a qualifying sale from an existing Just Me Time client, walk-in, website inquiry, phone inquiry, salon lead, advertising lead, or other company-generated lead.
10% Self-Generated New-Client Commission
Bring a genuinely new client into Just Me Time yourself and earn 10% of that client's qualifying initial purchase instead of the 5% house-lead commission.
Your Spray Tan Companion Affiliate Commission
Earn 30% of eligible subscription revenue for the first 12 months from qualifying customers you refer to our professional spray-tan app.
Management Opportunity
Employees who advance to Division Manager can earn an additional 5% management override on qualifying service revenue produced by employees working under their division.
Commission compensation is administered through payroll in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour requirements.
Services
The position can grow to include professional airbrush spray tanning, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoFacials, Lipolaser, infrared sauna blanket services, body-contouring consultations, and package/program sales.
You will only independently perform services for which you have completed the applicable training and have been authorized by Just Me Time.
What makes this opportunity different
You are not being hired simply to stand around a salon waiting for an hourly shift to end.
The more appointments you perform, clients you retain, packages you sell, referrals you generate, and business you choose to develop, the more you can earn.
You are not required to independently network, create social-media content, or generate your own appointments as a condition of the Specialist position. However, someone who chooses to actively build a client base has significantly greater earning potential.
This is an appointment-driven position, so appointment volume and earnings can vary.

Spray Tan & Body Contouring Specialist → Senior Specialist → Division Lead → Division Manager
The long-term opportunity is for the right person to eventually have substantial responsibility for running the Spray Tan Division, Body Contouring Division, or both while Just Me Time continues to provide the business infrastructure and ownership support.
Who we're looking for
The strongest candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, professional and comfortable working closely with clients. You should be organized, willing to learn new services, comfortable discussing and selling appropriate services and packages, able to follow systems and procedures, and interested in a compensation structure where your income can increase with your production.
Previous experience in spray tanning, esthetics, cosmetology, wellness, body contouring, beauty services, sales, hospitality, fitness, med spa services, or customer service is helpful but not required.
