Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ticket Coordinator to manage high-volume ticket workflows and support field operations. The role focuses on timely ticket processing, assignment coordination, and compliance tracking to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage incoming service/work tickets.

Coordinate field assignments with technicians and supervisors.

Review, assign, and track 811 locate tickets.

Maintain accurate ticket records and status updates.

Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely closures.
Qualifications:

Experience working with high-volume ticket management systems.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools preferred.

Prior experience in 811 ticket processing, telecom, or utility coordination is plus.
